STORE POLICY

Shipping

All orders are shipped from Ottawa, Canada.

Watch orders are dispatched via Canada Post with tracking provided upon shipment.

Please inspect your watch thoroughly upon arrival, before wearing it, as we cannot accept refunds or exchanges for items that have been worn or used.

Limited Warranty

Your Möllinger timepiece is covered by a 6-month limited warranty from the date of purchase, protecting against defects in materials and workmanship under normal, reasonable use.

During this period, Möllinger will, at its discretion, repair or replace any defective watch or part with an equivalent model at no cost for labor or parts (excluding shipping, handling, packing, and insurance fees, which are the customer’s responsibility).

Warranty service requires both proof of purchase (dated sales receipt) and verification of the defect.

Warranty Exclusions

This warranty does not cover:

  1. Damage from misuse, accidents, negligence, or unauthorized alterations or repairs.

  2. Cosmetic wear such as scratches, blemishes, or fading from normal use.

  3. Water damage resulting from improper handling or exposure beyond rated resistance.

  4. Batteries, straps, or any consumable components.

  5. Any issues not arising from a defect in materials or workmanship.

Refund & Return Policy

Returns

Our return policy is valid for 14 days from the date of purchase. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchanges after this period.

To qualify for a return:

  • The watch must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.

  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed within a few business days and credited to your original payment method.

If your refund seems delayed, please:

  1. Check your bank account and contact your credit card provider.

  2. Allow time for processing before contacting us at info@mollingerwatches.com.

Exchanges

We only replace items that are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same model, please contact info@mollingerwatches.com.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping fees are non-refundable, and if a refund is issued, the original shipping charge will be deducted.

We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
